Reflect on how developing greater cultural intelligence (CQ) among your team members can help leverage the similarities and differences in values and communication styles to prevent potential misunderstandings and conflicts on your team? Please consider the impact of all four dimensions of CQ (e.g., cognitive, metacognitive, motivational, and behavioral). Think of two or three updates you could make to the norms and expectations in your Team Contract to ensure more effective and successful communication and interactions.
